Here’s what you can typically expect to see on your ProductLift dashboard:

  • Quick Glance Metrics: At the top, you’ll usually find a summary of key numbers. This might include the total number of ideas submitted, the total number of votes received, and other relevant data points that give you a snapshot of activity.
  • Activity Stream: This is a visual timeline or log of all the recent activities on your portal. You can see who submitted new ideas, who voted on what, and any other relevant interactions. This helps you stay on top of new developments and user engagement.
  • Tab Navigation: Prominently displayed at the top or side, you’ll see the different tabs available in your portal. These are typically your Voting Boards, Roadmaps, and Changelogs. You can easily navigate between these sections from your dashboard.
    • Voting Boards (Wishlist): This is where user-submitted ideas and feature requests live. You can see new suggestions, discussions, and the number of votes each idea has received.
    • Roadmaps: This section visually displays your product’s planned features and their progress. You can see what’s “Coming Soon,” “In Progress,” or “Completed.” ProductLift allows for multiple roadmaps if you need them.
    • Changelogs (Updates): Here, you’ll find announcements about new features, bug fixes, and product updates, presented in a clear, chronological view.
  • Settings and Customization Access: The dashboard also provides easy access to your portal’s settings, typically under a “Customize” menu. From here, you can adjust:
    • Portal Info & Domain: Change your portal name, set up a custom domain, and manage general information.
    • User Management: View all users in your portal and invite new team members or customers.
    • Status Management: Define and adjust the statuses for your ideas and posts, and set their colors to match your workflow.
    • Branding & CSS: Access options to add your own branding, custom CSS, and adjust other visual elements to align with your product’s look and feel.
  • Quick Actions: Depending on the layout, you might also find quick buttons or links to common actions, such as adding new feedback, managing users, or prioritizing requests.

The dashboard is designed to be a central point from which you can manage all aspects of your product feedback and development process within ProductLift, giving you clarity and control. ProductLift Pricing
